"Yes," Crane agreed--nothing had changed in his own demeanor, still the same soft lilt to his voice. It was a large difference to Tillman's own gruff voice. He liked the contrast, how stark it was. It reminded him of the majority of things--and, more importantly, the severity of both of their situations. "Five sessions in comparison to the many sessions you have on your sheet as 'Kable.'"

An alter-identity of sorts. The irony was palpable.

"Would you rather wait five sessions for the slight possibility you can reunite with your family, Mr. Tillman, or fifteen minutes and assurance?"
